The Biden administration said it would propose requiring compensation for stranded air passengers. That’s in addition to a push for a “passengers’ bill of rights.” Given that nearly 8 million people traveled through O’Hare and Midway in May 2022, cheap flights guru Scott Keyes told the City Cast Chicago podcast the rules would be welcome news for Chicago travelers.
