Iowa Abortion Ban → More Patients in Illinois?
Now that Iowa bans abortions after six weeks, local abortion providers are expecting even more Iowans to seek care in Illinois. Since Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022, Planned Parenthood said many Iowa patients have traveled to clinics in Aurora, Peoria, Springfield, and Ottawa. [Sun-Times]
