Trump Says Chicago Raids Haven't Gone 'Far Enough'
In a sitdown with “60 Minutes,” President Donald Trump was asked about aggressive ICE tactics in Chicago, including the tackling of a young mother and tear gas in residential neighborhoods. “I don’t think they have gone far enough,” the president said of the raids, blaming interference from judges. Chicago’s Black Harvest Film Festival Kicks Off Friday
A weeklong film festival chronicling the Black experience returns to Chicago this week at Gene Siskel Film Center. Featured screenings include a documentary on Chicago house music, a documentary on Black farmers in the South, and “Black Girl,” a 1972 drama about a young dancer. [Block Club]
