Border Patrol May Soon Leave Chicago
Border Patrol Cmdr. Greg Bovino and “many” of his agents are leaving Chicago — perhaps as soon as this week, according to unnamed sources. ICE, however, will remain. Both entities are part of the Department of Homeland Security. [CBS]

Controversial Medical-Aid-in-Dying Bill Heads to Pritzker's Desk
State lawmakers recently passed a medical-aid-in-dying bill, which supporters say offers a peaceful route for those who are terminally ill. Critics, however, fear insurance companies may abuse the system in weighing costs to keep someone alive. They also say it could worsen health disparities for people who are disabled or poor. [WTTW]
